I work behind the scenes to ensure that all administrative items are complete and compliant for an on-time closing. Clients will hear from me once a transaction goes under contract as I prepare and send amendments and other pertinent documents for all parties to sign. I also coordinate with the lending and escrow team to ensure all involved parties are up to date on the transaction and working towards a smooth closing. By taking the paperwork side of things off of Lorries plate, she is able to do what she does best, which is feet on the ground helping her clients reach their real estate goals!
